Meet the team: Introducing William Binnington, our IT Support Technician!
Say hello to William, our first-line customer support technician! William joined the Anota family in April 2023 and has quickly become a valuable asset to our team.
What is your favourite DocuWare feature and why?
William is a big fan of DocuWare's Intelligent Indexing feature. "It saves so much time, it can fill out all your important information from a document without you having to read and scan through it.”
What is something you enjoy doing in your spare time?
When he isn't solving your tech troubles, William enjoys gaming and adventuring.
What is your biggest professional accomplishment?
“Becoming a Certified DocuWare User and completing my apprenticeship projects.”
What three words would your colleagues use to describe you?
“Kind, efficient, and helpful”
What’s your advice for those starting in IT?
"Take it one step at a time as it will all fall into place the more days you learn. It could take over a year but eventually, it will hit you where you feel like you are truly good at what you are doing.”
