At Anota, we take the health and wellbeing of our team and client partners very seriously thus we are closely monitoring the Government medical advice concerning the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
Last Friday (13/03/2020) we successfully tested the full implementation of our disaster recovery and situation response procedure with zero impact on services or support and, whilst and we will continue to review this procedure, we are confident that we have an effective and efficient solution that will enable us to continue to assist our client partners as they work through this challenging time.
We are of course taking sensible and appropriate precautions to make sure everybody is protected and currently, our Hull office remains open. Should the situation deteriorate further or the government advice change, we are in a position to provide the same high-quality support from multiple remote locations with no negative impact to our clients. We remain open per standard business hours and available to continue to support you.
We have as of Friday 13th until April 1st (at the earliest) ceased all client site visits and will make use of various technologies to deliver any pre-booked meetings or urgent scoping requirements. This arrangement will be reviewed continually and should it change we will update our social media pages accordingly.
Client partners should continue to use our support function and telephone numbers as they do now.
