In this longer episode, I am joined by the erudite Sumit De, Head of UK Consulting for TOPdesk who provide award-winning Enterprise Service Management solutions for organisations of all sizes in many different sectors. Sumit’s particular areas of focus and expertise are change management and nurturing a cross-functional culture of change as teams move through digital transformation projects. In this episode, we look at how digital transformation is critical to the future of business as we emerge from the COVID19 pandemic and start to look towards new ways of working, harmonised organisational information flows and, the role of technology in realising business transformation.
