As part of the VertoSuite range, the Export tool is designed to help with the extraction of captured data from within DocuWare, allowing it to be imported into a wide range of ERP systems, helping implement a “light touch” AP invoice integration process with the semi-automated posting of line item level invoice data.

Installed on a local server and running on an automated basis or, a desktop pc on demand, VertoSuite Export uses the DocuWare API and a client-supplied template to generate a file in either CSV or XML format, populated with mapped data from the required documents (with the appropriate status) within the system. This is then stored in a network location for access and manual upload to the ERP system via the vendor-supplied method/option.
