If you have any support issues, please use one of the following options below:

  • Visit our online helpdesk portal here to log your ticket -and use the login details you have been provided with, once logged in, please submit a ticket and one of our support team will be in touch.
  • You can also log a support request by CLICKING HERE to send an email through to our support team (tickets@anota.co.uk)and someone will be in touch.
  • Finally, you can call us on 0113 887 2400 and select option 2 to be put through.

Our normal help desk hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM weekdays (Bank Holidays excluded).

Out of hours support is available with prior arrangement only.
